Questions for Life After Midlife

If someone were to write a book about your life, what would it’s title be?

If there were a chapter on your childhood – what would be the highlights?

What beliefs do you think you’ve inherited that have served you well all these years?  Any beliefs you wish you didn’t have?

Describe your life now – who are you? What are you doing? How are you feeling??

How often have you reinvented yourself? 

Were there any particular things you did when you knew it was time for a change?

Was any of it in midlife? Is there anything you wish you had learned sooner?
